Refund policy

We strive to ensure all of our customers are well looked after. 
Damaged or Defective Goods 
We will re-prepare any damaged or defective items at no charge. Please phone or email us (albury@formulae.com.au). 
Prescriptions, Compounded medicines and Cosmetics 
Due to QLD Health Regulations, prescription items, compounded medicines and cosmetics cannot be returned for refund. 
Cancellation of Order 
As all products are prepared individually, we cannot issue a refund for cancellation after an order has been submitted and accepted.
